Wedding Cakes

Our Wedding Cakes are tailor made to your personal requirements; each cake is an individual piece especially for your wedding. Wedding cakes can be made from vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge, carrot cake, light fruitcake or rich fruit cake, if your require anything different we will be happy to provide it for you. You can, of course, have your cake made from any combination of the above cakes.

Rich Fruit Cake

The fruit that goes into our rich fruit cake is soaked in a mixture of brandy and sherry for 7 days before the cake is made. It is then stored for a minimum of 3 months to bring out the best flavour and eating qualities, so therefore we need a minimum of 3 months notice required for rich fruit cake.
