"Just wanted to say thank you for the amazing cake you made for my son's 4th birthday party. I knew from talking to you it would be great from the ideas you had, but when I opened the box to discover the wizard hat standing up in 3D I was really impressed, having been expecting a flat cake shaped like a hat. "Thank you so much for our lovely cake. It turned out 100% better than I ever thought it would and looked absolutely wonderful. As for the way it tasted – well that was unbelievable. Everyone said that they do not think that they had ever tasted such a lovely wedding cake. Personally I preferred the fruitcake but everyone seemed more shocked by the fact that the sponge was delicious, not sure why? Lots of people popped round on Sunday for more ‘samples’ and Nicky’s Mum & Dad took a big wedge home with them. I saw our caterer on Monday night and even she said that she had never tasted such a wonderful cake so I gave her a handful of your cards to hand out."
